NAATBatt to Host 2016 Annual Meeting in California

An energy industry professional, Alexandra Goodson works at Saft Batteries in Jacksonville, Florida, as a sales manager of energy-storage systems. In addition to her activities at Saft, Alexandra Goodson maintains memberships in several organizations, including the National Alliance for Advanced Transportation Batteries (NAATBatt), a nonprofit group that promotes and supports electrochemical energy storage companies and professionals.

From February 29 to March 3, 2016, NAATBatt will host its 2016 Annual Meeting at the Hyatt Regency Indian Wells resort near Palm Springs, California. Attendees at the four-day event will have the opportunity to take part in an education program examining trends in technologies such as vehicle batteries, energy storage systems, and consumer batteries.

A discussion on intellectual property and advanced batteries will also be featured at the meeting, along with flash presentations focused on emerging electricity storage technologies. Prior to these activities, meeting attendees can enjoy a day of fun at the Advanced Battery Golf and Tennis Tournament, which will be held the first day of the Annual Meeting.

The 2016 NAATBatt International Annual Meeting in California

In 2014, Alexandra Goodson accepted her position as a sales manager of energy storage systems at Saft Batteries, located in Jacksonville, Florida. An active member of energy industry organizations, Alexandra Goodson aligns with NAATBatt International, a nonprofit that advocates for technological advances in electrochemical energy storage.

NAATBatt International will host Global Charge, the 2016 Annual Meeting and Conference, from February 29th to March 3rd of that year. The event will take place at the Hyatt Regency Resort in Indian Wells, California, just outside of Palm Springs. Following an opening golf and tennis tournament, the event will provide opportunities for attendees to network and present information on developments in their respective companies. Additionally, participants will benefit from programs on lithium-ion and thin film battery products, as well as a featured group discussion titled The IP Wars in Advanced Batteries… and How to Avoid Them.
